How to keep it well
- Light
- Bright but indirect. It will live in a dim corner, but it grows slower there and the yellow marbling fades.
- Water
- When the top two inches of soil are dry — roughly weekly in summer, every ten to fourteen days in winter.
- Grows to
- Trails a metre or two indoors. Pinch the growing tips and it stays full instead of leggy.
- Pot
- A 6 inch pot with a drainage hole.
- In Lahore
- Keep it out of direct afternoon sun from May to July — the leaves scorch quickly.
Mildly toxic if chewed, so keep it out of reach of cats and small children.
